To get started, follow the three steps below…
Step 1 – Register
To begin, enter your email in the field below and click “Begin Registration”. This page will refresh with an invitation link displayed at the top of the page. Click on that invitation link to be directed to the Registration Portal.
(NOTE: If registering at a later time, you will need the invitation code displayed in that link – so hold onto it)
*If you already have a registration code from one of our partners, simply go to the Registration Portal and enter your code to begin registration.
Step 2 – Download Apps
The Care Recipient should install the “LeapThru® VIP for Care Recipients” application on their smartphone. Members of the care team can optionally install “LeapThru® Care for Caregivers” on their smartphones (or care team members can also use the LeapThru® Portal).

Step 3 – Login & Go!
Now login and go! At this point, you may want to further configure LeapThru® to meet your needs through the LeapThru® Portal. Here are some guided topics:
>> Add a smartwatch or medical device(s)*,
>> Add more care team members,
>> Set up a home care aid or helper,
>> Customize features to fit your needs,
